After many years serving the Florida community through Get Off the Couch Counseling, I am entering a new chapter as I relocate back to my home state of New Hampshire.

What began as a vision to help people take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and change has become one of the greatest privileges of my life. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work alongside individuals facing challenges, overcoming obstacles, discovering strengths, and creating lives that better reflect who they are and who they hope to become.

To every client who trusted me with their story, every student who allowed me to be part of their learning journey, every supervisee, colleague, and community partner who shared in this work, thank you. Your courage, resilience, and dedication have inspired me more than you know.

As I transition to New Hampshire, Get Off the Couch Counseling will no longer be accepting new counseling clients. Existing clients may continue to access information regarding records and administrative matters through this website.

While this chapter is coming to a close, I look forward to continuing my work through consultation, training, supervision, and professional development opportunities in the years ahead.
