At different times of the year; I offer several different groups to fit your needs.  Since I do believe in the positive health benefits of combining exercise with therapy; some of the groups involve walking.  Please contact me for more information about the current group offerings.  A sliding fee scale is available on a limited basis.  Feel free to ask me about this.
