We provide individual counseling for teens and adults (ages 12 and up) in a compassionate, supportive environment that honors your unique story and pace.

A Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered Approach

We believe that healing happens within a safe, respectful relationship. Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and person-centered therapy, which means:

  • You set the pace- we move at a speed that feels safe for your nervous system.

  • Your whole self is welcome- emotions, struggles, strengths, and everything in between.

Whole-Person Techniques: Top-Down and Bottom-Up

We integrate both top-down (cognitive, insight-oriented) and bottom-up (body-based, somatic) strategies to support healing from all angles. This may include:

  • Mindfulness and self-regulation tools

  • Exploring patterns of thought and belief

  • Nervous system education

  • Grounding and embodiment techniques
